PPC Starter Package
We're sure you'll appreciate that in order to offer this incredible package, we need to spend our time managing your AdWords account rather than dealing with administration. As such, we do want to make sure you're happy with the following conditions before signing up.Budget
As this is a starter package please note that click costs cannot exceed £500 or NZ$1,000 per month. If you have higher budgets in mind then please consider our standard PPC package instead. Changes to AccountDon't hesitate to ask us to make changes to your account, such as changing the budget, adding new keywords or updating your ads. We'll also be making changes ourselves - optimisation we call it - in order to improve performance each month. We just ask that you keep any such changes to a reasonable amount.
Support
We only offer support for this plan by email or live chat. While we can often make changes - such as pausing a campaign or updating your ads - on the same day you contact us, we do reserve the right to take up to 2 working days to respond to your email or action any changes.
Monthly Report
In order to get a monthly report emailed to you each month you'll need to have Google Analytics installed. If not, you'll be able to access your account reports from within our online platform. If you'd like to install Google Analytics then we can help with this at no charge (it's too important to miss out on).
Payment
We require you to sign up via our online subscription form. This will take you through to PayPal, where you can pay by most credit cards, debit cards or your PayPal account. Payment is taken in advance each month and we will provide tax invoices.
Account Access
Building any new account takes time and believe it or not we actually lose money in the first few months (our hope is that you'll stay with us a while). For this reason, unlike our standard packages we insist on retaining control over the account and can't pass it over to you within the first 12 months of your plan. After 12 months you own the account in its entirety and can request it at anytime, although we'll still love to manage it for you. In saying this, we believe in transparency and provide read-only access to the account right from the start so you can always see what's going on.
PPC Package
As this is a small business package please note that click costs cannot exceed £3,000 or NZ$6,000 per month. If you exceed these amounts in a calendar month then we'll start charging our rates at 10% of your click costs.
